Hilton San Diego Bayfront rises on the downtown Embarcadero at 1 Park Blvd, a waterfront tower opened in 2008 beside the San Diego Convention Center. Its pool deck runs along the marina, palms and umbrellas framing a wide stretch of the bay as boats drift past the seawall.
Upper-floor rooms look out over the water toward Coronado, and the sun deck catches the afternoon light off the marina before the skyline switches on. The lobby opens onto Embarcadero Marina Park, where a paved promenade traces the shoreline past the marina basin.
The hotel anchors the south end of the Embarcadero, a short walk from Petco Park and the Gaslamp Quarter. Next door, the Rady Shell stages bayside concerts within sight of the pool deck, and the Convention Center draws crowds along the same waterfront.
