Description
In this production, four young Athenians escape their lives only to stumble into a forest thick with mischievous fairies and confusion. Director Simon Godwin reimagines the romantic comedy by surrounding the acting company with elaborate puppetry. The visual landscape is defined by the work of Basil Twist, who directed and designed the puppets, while the physical creatures were built by Jim Henson’s Creature Shop.
