AFTER DUSK is the annual Halloween party at Bird in Hand NYC, at 3569 Broadway in Hamilton Heights. It runs Saturday, October 17, from 9 PM until late, with the listing ending at 11:59 PM. Uptown Bourbon at 3631 Broadway stays open until 4 AM for a nightcap once the party winds down.
