A Greektown Sports Bar With Greek And Cypriot Cooking

Pair drinks with comfort food at a neighborhood hangout opened over 30 years ago by brothers Andreas and Angelo.

Make an evening of it.

🍽️ A Kitchen With Cypriot Roots

Greektown nights have a longtime gathering place at Spectrum, a sports bar opened over 30 years ago by Greek Cypriot brothers Andreas and Angelo. Their original idea gave the kitchen a deliberate place alongside the bar, bringing food into the identity of the venue from the start.

The menu folds American influences into Greek and Cypriot cooking, carrying that combination through a comfort food offering within a sports bar setting. There is a well stocked bar alongside the cooking, making this a stop for an evening that can include both a meal and drinks under the same roof. Take your appetite to 233 S Halsted St.

The hangout brings together Greektown locals and patrons from across Chicago. Opening hours run Monday through Friday from 4 PM to 4 AM, Saturday from 5 PM to 5 AM, and Sunday from 5 PM to 4 AM.
