🍜 One roof, many stalls

POST Houston is a food hall and cultural hub inside a former downtown post office, where global vendors line the ground floor under a canopy of hanging neon rings. The building keeps its industrial bones, and walkways thread between shops, stalls, and open seating.

Up on the roof, a landscaped park opens to Houston skyline views, and access to the deck stays free to anyone who walks in. The complex also runs remote workspaces and hosts makers' markets, drawing artists and creatives well beyond the daily lunch rush.

The vendor lineup covers cuisines from across the map, and weekends bring the heaviest crowds, with the rooftop filling fastest near sunset.
