A Floating Cedar Sauna for Slow Lake Union Weekend Mornings
Cold plunges and a rooftop pause turn a session afloat into an unhurried start to Saturday or Sunday.
🌊 A Morning Afloat
Let the weekend start at lake level. Seattle Sauna floats at Seattle Marina on Lake Union, with a cedar sauna heated by wood and cold plunges built into the experience. A captain guides the session, and aromatherapy is included. Leave a little room in the morning for the rooftop deck, an open air perch directly above the water.
The experience starts at 49 dollars per person for 90 minutes aboard. Towels, drinking water, changing spaces and dry storage are provided. Sessions run year round, rain or shine, keeping a morning on the water possible beyond the summer months. Check the 48 hour cancellation policy before reserving a session.
Opening hours are Monday and Thursday through Friday from half past noon to 10 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from half past eight AM to 10 PM. Head to Seattle Marina at 2401 North Northlake Way for a weekend start that trades the usual rush for heat and water.
