Vinyl and cassettes supply the soundtrack at PIGEON, a Capitol Hill listening bar with spirit forward drinks and underlit chess tables. The listening setup sits within an interior inspired by brutalism. Perimeter booths line the edges of the space, with another set of seats available at the bar.
Drinks range from standard craft cocktail recipes to bespoke creations shaken on the fly. Custom mocktails are on the menu as well, with beer and wine also available for anyone taking a break from the cocktail recipes. The space is shared with Toad Kitchen and its food menu, served across the lounge and dining area.
Head to 1431 N Ogden St in Denver for an evening here. PIGEON opens Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 4 PM to midnight, and Friday and Saturday from 4 PM to 1 AM, with Tuesday closed.
