🏚️ The Haunt

🧪 The Story Inside

The Ridgewood Asylum is back for its 2026 season at 272 Seigel Street in Brooklyn, running through November 1. The attraction pairs a haunted house with an escape-room-style experience, set inside a fictional closed psychiatric hospital with a backstory of disappearances and paranormal claims. The horror leans gruesome, with scenes of inhumane treatments and grisly deaths, all of it fiction.

🔦 Before You Book

Tickets are sold online for set time slots, and prices vary by date and ticket type. On October 15, Eventbrite listed tickets from about 43 to 54 dollars. The ticket page labels the event 18+ but also says anyone under 18 must come with a parent or legal guardian. Confirm the age policy with the organizers before booking. Arrive at least one hour before closing to be sure of getting in, and note that all sales are final.

🍻 After the Asylum

The Asylum runs Wednesday through Saturday from 8 PM to 1 AM and Sundays from 6 PM to 11 PM, a short walk from the Morgan Avenue L stop. Afterward, Bushwick Country Club on Grand Street is about 20 minutes west on foot and stays open until 4 AM. The dive keeps a six hole mini golf course out back plus frozen slushies, an easy way for a group to shake off the scares. For food before a late slot, Heavy Woods on Wyckoff Avenue serves its kitchen until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
