Selva Projects pairs Colombian pastries with espresso drinks at 1329 Willoughby Ave in Brooklyn. This cozy neighborhood cafe doubles as a relaxed workspace, giving you a place to settle into the day with coffee rather than immediately heading back out. Take the daytime side at its own pace.

The evening brings an intimate cocktail and wine bar. Art exhibitions and cultural pop ups are part of the program, alongside weekend salsa nights featuring live vinyl DJ sets. Keep an evening free for the music, or fold the gallery into a stop for a glass.

The cafe runs daily from 8 AM to 5 PM, the gallery opens Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 2 AM and Sunday from 8 AM to midnight, and the bar opens daily at 6 PM, closing Monday through Saturday at 2 AM and Sunday at midnight.
