Both open-bar tickets are sold as open-terrace seating, which leaves the cabin as shelter and the terrace as the main room. There is a restroom on board, and a bilingual guide works the route in English and Spanish.
What the loop passes at dusk
The loop stays inside Biscayne Bay and runs close to Star Island, where the waterfront houses turn their lawns toward the channel. Downtown fills the opposite side, and the causeway lights come on across the water partway through. A crew member works the line about 15 minutes before departure to check guests in and hand over a physical ticket.
Arrive at least 30 minutes early and hold your place in the line. Late arrivals can miss the departure, and those tickets are not refundable. Parking at Bayside is paid and billed separately. Adults book from 21 to 99 and children from 5 to 20. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time returns a full refund.
