Description

Developed by L&L Holding Company, this structure is the first full-block office building erected on Park Avenue in more than 50 years. Its striking silhouette is defined by triple-height diagrid floors and a distinctive crown featuring three illuminated ornamental fins. Inside, the space leans heavily into high-end corporate utility, featuring amenities like heated restroom seats. While some visitors appreciate the clean, modern efficiency and the on-site dining—which serves dishes like duck breast, ravioli, and octopus—others find the atmosphere to be a dull, soulless blank slate.
