The morning is structured around four separate distances with staggered age brackets: the half marathon is open to participants 14 and up, the 5K admits runners from age eight, and younger crowds can tackle the one-mile course or a dash for children six and under. Thousands of runners, walkers, and families gather together for fitness and community before holiday festivities get underway.
