An industrial SODO event space featuring three distinct rooms, from an upstairs speakeasy to a mural-lined lounge.
Description
Across 6,000 square feet, the warehouse divides into distinct setups: the Main Hall features a DJ booth and bar for up to 120 guests, while the low-lit upstairs Speakeasy fits 130 with balcony booths and its own bar. Toward the rear, a 50-capacity lounge opens through a roll-up door beside white brick and a painted mural.
The venue also functions as a creative hub with a barbershop, tattoo artist, and embroidery shop under one roof. Event packages include security and bartenders, extend as late as 2:00 AM, and permit outside catering with no food or drink minimums.
