Run by Maggie DeMarco-Mieles—daughter of pizzeria founder Domenico 'Dom' DeMarco—this shop sits just down the street from the original landmark. The menu focuses on family recipes, including eggplant, meatball, and sausage and peppers subs loaded with a rich, slow-cooked sauce. There is no indoor seating, just a couple of small tables outside, and the sandwiches run about $10. It is a straightforward operation, so it is wise to order in advance to avoid the wait.
